Dropbox is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive growth through enhanced onboarding and lifecycle programs. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve activation and retention metrics. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in product marketing.
You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly in growth strategies that enhance user onboarding and retention. Your analytical mindset allows you to translate customer insights into effective messaging and programs that resonate with users. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape strategies that drive meaningful engagement. Your experience includes designing and executing experiments that uncover insights to improve activation and retention metrics. You are comfortable mentoring junior teammates and sharing best practices to elevate team performance. You understand the importance of localization and accessibility in marketing programs, ensuring that messaging is effective across diverse geographies.
Experience in a tech company, particularly in SaaS, is a plus. Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies will help you excel in this role. A background in user experience design can also enhance your ability to create compelling onboarding experiences.
In this role, you will lead key initiatives in the Dropbox Core growth funnel, partnering with the Growth Product Manager to execute strategies that drive user activation and retention. You will be responsible for translating customer insights into clear narratives and messaging that help users quickly understand the value of Dropbox. Your role will involve building cross-channel onboarding experiences that guide users from their first interaction to meaningful engagement with the product. You will design and run experiments to measure the effectiveness of these initiatives, using data to inform your decisions and optimize the user journey. Additionally, you will support monetization efforts by clarifying the value of Core + AI features and collaborating on tests that drive sustainable conversion rates.
