You understand the importance of fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and accountability within your team. You are skilled in conducting regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and team meetings to provide guidance and support to your engineers. You are passionate about mentoring and developing your team members, helping them grow their technical skills and achieve their professional goals. You thrive in a complex environment and are able to engage with engineers on a technical level, encouraging them to come up with bold ideas while maintaining project integrity.
As an Engineering Manager at Flyr, you will lead and mentor two high-performing teams of engineers.
