Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports.
- Experience in owner-furnished equipment (OFE) management including managing priorities such as OFE Scope Alignment, Risk Management, and Documentation oversight (BIM360/CDE).
- Experience in data center construction.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.

You will lead a team of Delivery Program Managers (DPgMs) across EMEA and APAC regions to ensure that Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) is delivered on-time, high-quality, and ready for deployment.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. - Lead the management of supply chain delivery for data center components, ensuring seamless OFE product delivery, while fostering a culture of Googleyness, that drives ownership and positive change and supports the professional growth and learning goals of the OED team.
- Act as the primary liaison and advocate for data center site teams, balancing project-specific needs with broader product strategies.
- Oversee the quantification, tracking, and reporting of general site OFE health.
- Co-ordinate cross-functional "firefighting" and program responses to emerging site risks and critical equipment concerns.
- Collaborate with partners to translate dynamic site needs, such as localizations and sequencing updates, into actionable ESC strategies.
