What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales, profit, and inventory of the Household & Personal Care category. You will develop and source new suppliers, negotiating terms to create profitable partnerships. Regular reviews of category performance will be essential, as you will assess achievement against targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

You will manage the selection, sales, supply prices, and margin targets for your category, ensuring that all objectives are met or exceeded. Developing short, medium, and long-term strategies will be crucial, as you will need to persuade stakeholders to join you in executing these plans. Your ability to analyze data and market trends will inform your decision-making and strategy development.
