What you'll do

As the Research Manager at Lalamove, you will lead a dedicated team focused on understanding the hearts and minds of our Driver-Partners, users, and Corporate partners. Your role will involve designing and implementing research strategies that capture the essence of user experiences and community needs. You will collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure that insights are translated into actionable strategies that enhance our service offerings. You will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing data, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring team members and fostering a culture of curiosity and innovation within the research team. You will also engage with the community directly, gathering stories and feedback that inform our strategic direction.
