Webflow is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two Vice Presidents within Engineering and the Chief Information Security Officer. You'll ensure alignment on goals and contribute to team culture in a remote-first environment. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative setting.

Your ability to manage both synchronous and asynchronous communication is exceptional, and you maintain comprehensive documentation to support your team. As a visible and trusted partner, you act as an extension of your executives, helping them focus on their highest-impact priorities. You understand the importance of alignment across various teams and are committed to ensuring that goals and objectives are met.
In your role as an Executive Assistant, you will serve as a strategic partner to two Vice Presidents within Engineering and the Chief Information Security Officer. Your role will involve maintaining comprehensive documentation and contributing to team culture and engagement.
