You'll engage with local residents through door-to-door sales, helping to promote Ting's fiber internet services. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the local face of Ting Internet, engaging with residents in Charlottesville, VA. Your primary responsibility will be to go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods, introducing Ting's fiber internet services and explaining the benefits of high-speed connectivity. You will participate in the Fast Start Training Program, which is designed to help you earn while you learn, providing you with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in your role. You will set and achieve key activity milestones during your training period, allowing you to earn up to $4,800 in Field Training Incentives. As you start closing deals, you will also earn commissions on top of your training compensation, creating a performance-linked safety net that rewards your efforts.
