You have over 5 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong background in building and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure. Your expertise includes working with tools like PySpark, BigQuery, and Snowflake, and you have a solid understanding of data governance and quality assurance practices. Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow is a plus, as is familiarity with dbt for data transformation. What you'll do

In this role, you will define and lead the comprehensive data migration strategy from existing BigQuery/Athena/PySpark data sources to Snowflake. You will oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable ELT pipelines using Airflow for orchestration and dbt for data transformation. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing robust data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data integrity throughout the migration. You will also mentor your team, providing guidance and support as they navigate the challenges of transitioning to a modern data stack.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data and AI in business processes.
