What you'll do

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Legal and be responsible for managing two teams: Legal Strategy and Legal Enablement. You will define the roadmap for the legal function, ensuring successful execution of initiatives that support global business growth. Your leadership will be critical in transforming the legal function into a key enabler of operational excellence. You will work closely with Legal leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement scalable solutions that enhance the overall effectiveness of the legal organization.

You will also be tasked with fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the legal teams, encouraging them to take ownership of their work and contribute to the broader goals of the company. Your role will involve regular engagement with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations on legal matters that impact business strategy. You will play a key role in driving the adoption of technology within the legal function, ensuring that the team is equipped with the tools necessary to operate efficiently and effectively.
