As a Data Center Technician at Amazon, you will play a critical role in maintaining the global cloud infrastructure that powers millions of businesses. Your responsibilities will include performing in-depth hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repairs to ensure optimal performance of data center operations. You will participate in an on-call rotation, responding to urgent issues that may arise in the data center. You will collaborate with software, hardware, and network engineers to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems, ensuring that our customers have continual access to the services they rely on. You will also be involved in maintaining and supporting all servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment within the data center.
