What you'll do

In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of Reflection’s research, product, and business roadmap to derive data needs and sourcing strategies. You will work closely with researchers to define quality standards and orchestrate partnerships that meet these requirements. Your leadership will maximize research velocity while maintaining data quality. You will manage partnerships by evaluating suppliers, negotiating agreements, and verifying deliverables. Additionally, you will leverage your technical expertise to understand what constitutes high-quality training data and how it impacts AI model performance.
