You have 2-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, ideally in a fast-paced environment. You thrive on delivering a stellar candidate experience and have a knack for creative problem-solving. Your attention to detail is unmatched, and you excel at managing complex schedules, ensuring that every candidate feels valued and informed throughout the hiring process. You are a calendar Tetris Master, adept at balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere for candidates. You enjoy collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers, streamlining processes to bring operational efficiency to new heights. You are passionate about improving the candidate experience and are always looking for ways to enhance the recruitment process.
In this role, you will manage the full-cycle coordination of candidate interviews, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics for both virtual and onsite interviews. You will roll out the red carpet for candidates, ensuring their experience is smooth, engaging, and unforgettable. You will own your workflow and partner with recruiters, executive assistants, and hiring teams to deliver top-notch results. Your expertise will guide recruiting and hiring managers, advising them on best practices to create a welcoming environment for candidates. You will drive process improvements, taking recruiting coordination to the next level and becoming the candidate experience guru for your teams. Your role will involve providing a white-glove service to both internal stakeholders and candidates, ensuring everyone feels valued and informed throughout the hiring process.
Navan offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while also being present in the Palo Alto office as needed. You will have the opportunity to travel between Palo Alto and San Francisco for onsite interview support.
