Electrical Test and Reliability Engineer (Starshield)

You have a strong background in electrical engineering with experience in hardware testing and reliability. You understand the importance of thorough hardware bring-up, characterization, and qualification testing — ensuring that products meet rigorous standards throughout their lifecycle. You are detail-oriented and take extreme ownership of your work, driving improvements to processes and controls. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams and think at a system level to ensure design viability. Desirable

Experience with government or national security projects is a plus, as is familiarity with satellite technology or communications systems.
