Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Parts Associate to manage inventory and source complex automotive parts. This role requires at least 6 months of professional automotive parts experience.
You have a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive parts experience and are eager to join Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. You possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with dealers and suppliers, and you are detail-oriented when managing parts returns and general inventory. You are comfortable using state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech environment and are ready to contribute to a team that values innovation and efficiency.
Experience with automotive parts management systems or inventory software is a plus. Familiarity with automotive industry standards and practices will help you excel in this role. A valid driver’s license is required, and being able to read, write, speak, and understand English is essential for effective communication.
As a Mid-Level Parts Associate at Carvana, you will be responsible for sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts to ensure our inventory is well-managed. You will handle parts returns and maintain accurate records of inventory levels. Your role will involve communicating with dealers and suppliers to facilitate the procurement of parts, ensuring that all transactions are reconciled and payments recorded accurately. You will work closely with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency in parts management.
