Job Description

Self Service Campaign and Creative Manager enable self-service advertising customer success with creatives through dedicated and direct engagement and support. Creative Specialists often have to handle highly ambiguous situations such as when fielding questions from advertising customers outside their expertise; and manage tight turnarounds when advertising customer budgets are at risk.

Key job responsibilities
Self Service Campaign and Creative Manager autonomously own the end-to-end workflow from reaching out to advertising customers and delivering workshops with customized and detailed rejection dive deeps, followed by ongoing support spanning creative pre-QA, moderation and ad policy appeals, and creative guidance.

Self Service Campaign and Creative Manager capture advertiser needs (blockers, rejection codes, etc.), research appropriate resources (policies, specs, moderation workflows), assemble the right information (supporting information), identify next steps and timelines and execute against them to ensure that creatives are approved successfully and in a timely manner.

Self Service Campaign and Creative Manager have to manage cross-functional relationships across advertising customers, account teams, PSC’s, Moderation, Policy, and Design, requiring effective and comprehensive communication.

A day in the life
On a typical day, Self Service Campaign & Creative Managers collaborate with selected advertisers to resolve moderation issues and educate creative teams, ensuring campaign success. This support is provided either through partner team referrals or direct client engagement.

They are responsible for developing and delivering onboarding workshops for new brands, providing comprehensive guidance on platform capabilities and Amazon's Ad policy requirements. Additionally, they create and conduct specialized training sessions for brands requiring extra support.

They may be involved on process improvement, projects, or other responsibilities based on business needs.

About the team
This role may support various categories/verticals based upon the needs of the business. Campaign & Creative Managers work with advertisers, Account Executives, Account Managers, Moderation, Ad Support, Design, among other teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery.- 2+ years of professional experience prefiribly working in a corporate environment
- 1+ years of experience in digital media, digital marketing or programmatic advertising. Including expertise in related ad specifications, file formats and technologies.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Bachelor's degree on a related field (Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field) or equivalent work experience
- Intermediate written and oral communication in Portuguese- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience managing projects in a fast pace environment
- Experience working cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
- Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical/operational capabilities
- Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment
- Experience with MS Office, Photoshop, HTML5, Rich Media, and Salesforce
