You have extensive experience as a Senior SAP PM Consultant, particularly with SAP S/4HANA, and you understand the intricacies of digital transformation projects. Your expertise in SAP Best Practices and the SAP Activate methodology allows you to effectively lead functional design and support strategic decisions across various operational areas. You are a trusted advisor, capable of guiding teams in Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Supply to achieve their goals through effective SAP implementations.

You are skilled in leading the functional design of SAP PM, including organizational structure, order models, planning, and technical lists. Your ability to conduct fit-to-standard assessments and identify gaps ensures that solutions align with the Clean Core principles. You are adept at proposing alternative solutions that meet business needs while maintaining adherence to best practices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the functional design of SAP PM within the S/4HANA environment, ensuring that all aspects of the implementation are aligned with business objectives. You will conduct fit-to-standard assessments, identify gaps, and propose solutions that adhere to the Clean Core methodology. Your responsibilities will include defining organizational structures, order models, and planning processes, as well as integrating with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).

You will act as a trusted advisor to various departments, providing insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making. Your role will involve facilitating workshops and discussions to gather requirements and ensure that all stakeholders are engaged in the process. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the project adheres to SAP Best Practices, guiding teams in their implementation efforts.

As a Senior Consultant, you will mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster their professional growth. You will play a key role in ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within scope, while also maintaining high standards of quality and governance.
