dLocal is seeking a VP of Incident Management & Operational Resilience to design and lead the incident management function across the company. This role requires collaboration with various leaders to ensure effective incident handling and operational resilience.
You have extensive experience in incident management and operational resilience, ideally within the payments or technology sectors. Your background includes designing frameworks and governance models that ensure effective responses to critical incidents. You possess strong leadership skills and can effectively communicate with stakeholders across various departments, including technology, operations, and risk management. You thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at anticipating potential incidents before they occur, ensuring that your team is prepared to respond effectively. You understand the importance of learning from past incidents to improve future responses and enhance operational resilience. You are customer-centric and prioritize the impact of incidents on customers and the company's reputation.
Experience in a global payments environment or with large-scale technology operations is a plus. Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks will enhance your ability to navigate the complexities of incident management in a regulated industry. A proactive approach to risk management and a track record of successful incident resolution will set you apart in this role.
