You have a strong background in financial systems, with at least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. Your expertise includes managing Enterprise Performance Management platforms, and you are comfortable with advanced data strategies and reporting frameworks. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have a proven track record of optimizing financial processes to support business growth.

You are a technical leader who thrives in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance financial operations. Your analytical mindset allows you to design and develop sophisticated financial models that support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning. You are detail-oriented and committed to ensuring the reliability and performance of financial systems.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders effectively. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are passionate about leveraging technology to drive efficiency in financial operations. What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary administrator for Anthropic's EPM platform, ensuring its optimal functionality and performance. You will collaborate with the Finance BI and Analytics team to design, develop, and maintain financial models that support comprehensive financial planning and reporting. Your responsibilities will include implementing advanced data strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.

You will lead initiatives to enhance the financial systems infrastructure, driving the evolution of financial planning, modeling, and reporting capabilities. This includes designing sophisticated scenario planning and predictive analytics capabilities that empower the leadership team to make informed decisions. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to the EPM platform, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of the organization.

Your role will involve training and supporting team members in utilizing the EPM platform effectively, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the finance team. You will work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights that enhance financial performance.
