What you'll do

As a Solutions Integration Engineer III at Samsara, you will play a crucial role in the Professional Services Organization, working closely with some of our most strategic customers. Your primary responsibility will be to help these customers build and implement B2B integrations with our IoT platform. You will map customer integration needs to our current and future API capabilities, ensuring that the solutions you provide are tailored to their specific requirements. You will also assist in building custom integrations, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver high-quality results.

In addition to technical implementation, you will provide guidance and training to implementation teams, helping them understand the intricacies of our platform and how to best utilize it for their operations. Your role will involve regular communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to address any challenges they may face during the integration process. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our integration capabilities.
