Apple Ads in the App Store are an easy, efficient and exceptionally fast-growing platform for app discovery. With over 65% of all app downloads resulting directly from a search on the App Store, Apple Ads is quickly becoming the platform of choice for app promotion for iOS developers. Do you have experience in account management and/or an authoritative grasp of user acquisition (UA) and performance marketing within the Gaming industry? Are you highly analytical, inventive, customer-focused, team-oriented and skilled at working independently to meet business objectives? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you! We have an opportunity for a Platform Specialist to work on our Gaming vertical, who has a passion to help businesses with promotion and discovery across Apple’s advertising platforms. The Platform Specialist team is crucial to our business success - combining deep analytical expertise with strategic communication skills. We're looking for someone who has experience in leveraging data insights to optimise performance, translate complex information into clear, actionable strategies, and the ability to articulate these effectively to senior stakeholders both internal and external. This person will be driving measurable client growth while delivering best-in-class customer service. You'll have ownership of key strategic accounts across EMEA and play a pivotal role in shaping client success and long-term partnerships. You’ll be responsible and accountable for owning, growing and developing our key gaming accounts across EMEA, represented by our London office. This role is all about influence, collaboration, and confident decision-making, so you’ll need to be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to navigate complex stakeholder relationships. You’ll work closely with client partners, internal teams, and senior stakeholders - building trust while driving solutions forward. We need someone who is confident in their expertise, and doesn’t shy away from a challenge. This person will bring ideas to the table quickly, with an understanding of how to advocate for the right solution - especially when facing client pushback. You’ll be a pro with handling objections, and embrace challenging conversations, ensuring alignment between internal teams and clients.
