Vanta is seeking an Account Manager for their Early Stage team to drive customer expansion and retention. You'll develop strong relationships with clients and align Vanta's solutions with their business needs. This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in customer retention and expansion. You excel at building relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and aligning solutions accordingly. You are proactive in learning about product offerings and can confidently communicate with customers about their benefits. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer health and satisfaction. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of customer needs in a fast-paced environment. You understand the importance of security and compliance in business operations and are eager to help customers achieve their goals.
As an Account Manager at Vanta, you will be responsible for managing a subset of customers, focusing on their expansion and retention. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor. You will engage in post-sale commercial conversations, including upsells and renewals, ensuring that customers are satisfied with Vanta's solutions.
