You have a proven track record in leading incentive compensation for SaaS go-to-market organizations — your experience includes building and scaling compensation strategies that drive performance and fairness across various teams. You thrive in complex environments and possess strong analytical skills that enable you to make data-driven decisions. Your leadership style is characterized by clarity and the ability to influence cross-functional teams effectively.
You bring a blend of operational rigor and financial acumen to the table — your understanding of policy governance ensures that compensation plans are not only effective but also compliant with industry standards. You are passionate about creating systems that enhance predictability and performance, and you understand the nuances of compensation in a customer-facing context.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end GTM compensation strategy — this includes designing compensation plans, modeling financial impacts, and ensuring governance across all customer-facing teams. You will collaborate closely with Sales, SDR/BDR, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure that compensation structures are aligned with business objectives and drive desired behaviors.
You will lead initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of compensation plans — this involves analyzing performance metrics, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes. Your strategic mindset will help you identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the compensation framework.
You will also be responsible for educating teams on compensation structures — ensuring that all employees understand how their performance translates into compensation. Your role will involve regular communication and training sessions to foster a culture of transparency and accountability.
