Who you are

As the General Counsel at Cuningham, you will serve as the chief legal advisor, providing strategic and practical legal guidance that supports the firm’s business operations and growth initiatives. You will partner closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors to navigate complex legal, regulatory, and governance matters. Your role will be crucial in enabling sound, informed business decisions that align with Cuningham’s objectives and values. You should have a strong understanding of enterprise risk management and the ability to provide legal insights that support a national, multi-state professional services organization.

You will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape affecting the design and construction industry. This includes familiarity with contracts, compliance, and regulatory issues that may impact the firm’s operations. Your experience should reflect a proven ability to manage legal risks while facilitating business growth and innovation. Desirable

What you'll do

In your role as General Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice on a wide range of issues that affect the firm’s operations.
