JumpCloud is seeking a Senior Partner Account Manager to oversee strategic enterprise customers in India. You'll drive account retention and growth while collaborating with partners to enhance customer value. This role requires strong commercial acumen and experience in account management.
You have a proven track record as an Account Manager, ideally with 5+ years of experience in managing enterprise accounts. Your ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives in IT and Security is a key strength, enabling you to act as a trusted advisor. You understand the importance of leveraging partnerships and have experience working with channel ecosystems to drive value for customers. Your analytical skills allow you to assess customer health and usage data effectively, identifying risks and opportunities for growth. You are commercially mature, capable of leading account strategies and aligning various teams to ensure customer success.
Experience in the IT or SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with managing a significant Book of Business. You thrive in environments where collaboration with Value Added Resellers (VARs), System Integrators (SIs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is essential. Your strategic mindset helps you navigate complex account landscapes, ensuring that renewals and expansions are streamlined and successful.
In this role, you will be responsible for protecting and growing a significant Book of Business, focusing on strategic enterprise customers in India. You will engage deeply with accounts through Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), roadmap discussions, and strategic value mapping. By analyzing customer health and usage data, you will proactively identify risks and uncover opportunities for cross-selling and significant expansion. You will collaborate closely with partners to drive Channel Synergy, coordinating efforts to streamline renewals and identify expansion opportunities. Your leadership will be crucial in aligning Customer Success, Marketing, Channel teams, and Leadership to ensure that your customers achieve their desired outcomes. You will maintain the commercial integrity of the account, ensuring accurate forecasts for Net ARR and renewal rates.
