Who you are

You have extensive experience in SAP FICA, particularly within the utilities sector, and you understand the intricacies of credit and collection processes. Your background includes ensuring adherence to best practices in S/4HANA and managing compliance with regulatory standards. You are skilled in designing and parameterizing processes related to credit granting, scoring, and collection strategies, and you have a strong grasp of the integration between FI-CA, FI-AR, and CRM/CS modules.

You are a proactive leader who can conduct critical debt analyses and manage aging reports effectively. Your ability to validate BRF+ rules for collection policies demonstrates your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence. Desirable

Experience with compliance regulations from Aneel and Procon is a plus, as is familiarity with the broader utilities landscape. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Billing, DM, CS, and Metering, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a functional reference for credit and collection processes within the SAP FICA framework. You will be responsible for ensuring that all processes align with the best practices of S/4HANA and that the governance of Clean Core is maintained. Your responsibilities will include designing and parameterizing processes for credit granting, scoring, blocking, disconnection, and collection strategies, including pre-judicial, extra-judicial, and judicial collection.

You will implement integrated collection strategies that align with the FI-CA, FI-AR, and CRM/CS modules, ensuring that all aspects of the credit cycle are effectively managed. Leading analyses of critical debt, aging, write-offs, renegotiations, and agreements will be a key part of your role, as will ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

You will also be tasked with creating functional specifications and integrating them with various teams, including Billing, DM, CS, Metering, and Invoicing. Conducting integrated tests and providing support during the homologation phases will be essential to ensure that all systems function as intended.
