You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related field, and you bring 5+ years of experience in financial analysis. You are skilled in SQL and have a strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting. You excel at analyzing data and translating it into actionable insights for stakeholders. You are a trusted advisor who can communicate complex financial concepts to both finance and sales leadership. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to partner with cross-functional teams to drive business success.
As a Senior Financial Analyst at Databricks, you will be responsible for analyzing company performance against core KPIs and identifying areas of potential risk and opportunity. You will build detailed empirical models from scratch to support financial recommendations and enhance corporate reporting. Your role will involve analyzing daily usage trends across platforms, products, and business units, and communicating insights for an executive-level audience. You will track the bookings pipeline and forecast its impact on top-line financial performance. Additionally, you will develop a deep understanding of Databricks’ business model to drive forecast and business insights, partnering closely with sales strategy and sales operations to provide recommendations to finance leadership.
