Overview

Fleetio is seeking a Mid-Market Account Manager to develop long-term relationships with customers and optimize their experience with the platform. This role is remote within the United States and focuses on account management to support customer success.

Job Description

Who you are

As a Mid-Market Account Manager, you will develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships within our customer account base to meet strategic goals and optimize value in both companies. You understand the importance of account management in driving growth initiatives and supporting customers' strategic success post-sale. You may work from Fleetio's HQ in downtown Birmingham, AL, or remotely within the United States.

You possess strong communication skills and are adept at liaising between customers and the organization to enhance customer experience and product utilization. Your ability to foster relationships and understand customer needs will be key to your success in this role. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to ensuring that customers derive maximum value from Fleetio's offerings.

Desirable

Experience in account management or customer success roles within the software industry is a plus. Familiarity with fleet management or transportation technology can also be beneficial. You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-market accounts, ensuring that customers are satisfied and engaged with Fleetio's platform. You will work closely with various teams within the organization to address customer needs and resolve any issues that arise. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals, and helping them achieve success through the use of Fleetio's software.

You will conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback on their experience. This will involve analyzing customer usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will also collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and ensure a smooth transition for new customers.

Your role will require you to stay informed about Fleetio's product offerings and industry trends, enabling you to provide valuable insights to customers.
