Onsite Medical Representative

Who you are

You are an experienced Onsite Medical Representative with a strong commitment to workplace health and safety. You have a passion for advocating health and wellness principles and are eager to support Amazon Associates in managing their health and wellbeing. You are comfortable working independently and assessing medical situations as they arise, providing first aid and guidance on both occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses. You understand the importance of collaboration and are ready to engage with the WHS Site Manager, WHS Specialist, and other team members to foster a safe working environment.

You have a proactive approach to learning and are keen to stay updated on OSHA regulations, risk management, and analysis. Your ability to communicate effectively with new hires and existing associates will help you build trust and rapport within the team. You are dedicated to making a positive impact on the health and safety culture at Amazon.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for providing first aid support to Amazon Associates and referring them to outside medical providers when necessary. You will attend weekly associate safety committee meetings, ensuring that safety protocols are communicated and adhered to. Your role will involve greeting new hires and engaging in daily one-on-one interactions to promote health and wellness principles. You will participate in weekly case management review meetings, contributing your insights and observations to enhance workplace safety.

As an Onsite Medical Representative, you will assess and administer first aid as needed, ensuring that all associates receive timely and appropriate care. You will work closely with the WHS team to support safety operations and assist with any first aid needs that arise. Your contributions will be vital in helping Amazon achieve its goal of becoming the benchmark of safety excellence across all industries.
