Amazon Studios is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant for Amazon Studios Theatrical Marketing in London. We are looking for a highly experienced strategic partner who can drive operational excellence while supporting senior leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional business acumen, leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups. They will serve as a trusted advisor, managing complex calendar coordination, strategic initiatives, and high-level relationships across global teams.

Lead and develop strategic scheduling frameworks, proactively managing competing priorities across multiple senior executives
Serve as a key point of contact and relationship manager for internal and external stakeholders
Design and implement efficient operational processes and systems
Drive complex international travel planning and logistics, including managing multiple executives' itineraries
Oversee and coordinate high-profile events, meetings, and executive communications
Lead special projects and initiatives, including budget management and resource allocation
Mentor junior EAs and help establish best practices across the organization
Analyze and improve existing administrative processes to drive efficiency
Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for senior leaders and team members joining the new International Theatrical Marketing department. Partner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding processes and compliance with regional requirements
Create and maintain departmental knowledge bases, operational playbooks, and standard operating procedures
Coordinate cross-functional integration between the new department and existing teams
Facilitate cultural alignment and team building activities for the growing department
Develop and manage orientation schedules for new department leaders and team members
Support the establishment of new workflows and communication channels specific to theatrical marketing operations
Track and report on department scaling metrics and onboarding effectiveness
Coordinate training sessions and department-wide meetings to align on theatrical marketing initiatives
Support the development of departmental organizational structures and reporting relationships- Experience as an Executive Assistant
- 8+ years of executive support experience, including supporting senior leadership
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and project management
- Proven track record of process improvement and operational excellence
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools
- Extensive experience with complex calendar management across multiple time zones
- Experience in department or team stand-up initiatives
- Demonstrated success in supporting organizational change management- Bachelor's degree
- Entertainment industry experience, particularly in an international context
- Experience managing and mentoring other administrative professionals
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority
- Experience in change management and process optimization
- Track record of successful stakeholder management at senior levels
- Superior problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience in managing confidential information and sensitive situations
- Proven ability to work autonomously while managing multiple competing priorities
- Experience in theatrical marketing or film distribution
- Track record of successfully supporting the launch of new business units or departments
- Knowledge of international film marketing and distribution practices
- Experience in developing onboarding materials and training programs
- Demonstrated ability to build strong organizational cultures in new teams
