We're seeking a customer-obsessed Payroll Analyst who puts the employee experience first in everything they do. In this strategic role, you'll own end-to-end payroll operations for while maintaining an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction. You'll drive process excellence, manage key stakeholder relationships, and implement innovative solutions that enhance both operational efficiency and the employee experience. Key job responsibilities
- Own complete payroll processing cycle
- Execute and optimize comprehensive payroll controls (Source to Gross, Gross to Net)
- Payroll accounting reconciliations
- Resolve payroll queries and escalations
- Drive vendor performance and relationship management
- Serve as primary point of contact for key stakeholders including Benefits, Compensation, Stock Options, HR Services, Local HR, Finance teams
- Design and implement process improvements using Six Sigma methodology
- Provide support on strategic initiatives and country expansions
- 3 years+ of payroll/HR experience
- English and French language proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Strong analytical capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Proven track record of stakeholder management
- Knowledge of personal income tax legislation, labor law
- Familiar with HCM, Payroll and Time & Attendance Technologies
