Opendoor is seeking a Senior Manager, Home Sales Advisors to lead and scale a high-performance acquisition team focused on driving pipeline and customer experience. This role requires a strong background in sales and revenue operations with a proven track record of meeting targets.
You have 8-10+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing teams. Your proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets showcases your ability to drive results. You are a data-driven leader, comfortable with sales KPIs and CRM/reporting workflows, and you excel at running business reviews and coaching from the numbers. Your exceptional communication and influence skills enable you to effectively lead and motivate your team while maintaining a relentless focus on improving customer experiences.
You possess a builder mentality and an operator mindset, allowing you to navigate fast-paced and change-heavy environments. Your problem-solving abilities are complemented by a natural leadership style that inspires those around you. You understand the importance of quality and compliance in competitive and regulated markets, and you are adept at scaling both outbound and inbound sales motions.
In this role, you will lead and scale a high-performance acquisition team, focusing on driving pipeline, conversion, and customer experience across our Sales and Support motions. You will be responsible for hands-on coaching and development of your team, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed. Your leadership will help shape the team's strategy and execution, fostering a collaborative work environment that aligns with Opendoor's values.
You will analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience for buyers, sellers, and partners.
