Shape the future of Amazon's selling partner experience as the leader defining our multi-channel selling strategy. In this role, you'll pioneer new ways for selling partners to grow their businesses through innovative capabilities and tools, while building the technological foundation that will scale across future e-commerce opportunities.

We are seeking an innovative, entrepreneurial Principal Product Manager – Technical capable of operating at both strategic and tactical levels to define the long-term vision for Amazon’s multi-channel selling experience while driving day-to-day execution. You will be responsible for synthesizing seller needs, cross-system technical capabilities, and business opportunities to create compelling strategies that align with Amazon’s customer-obsessed culture.

You will obsess over how to make Amazon be the best place for sellers to manage their end-to-end business, across all channels. You’ll own comprehensive experience projects spanning catalog management, supply chain, analytics, and growth. The successful candidate will be exceptional at working backwards from the seller to understand the customer journey, skilled at communicating with both technical and business leaders, capable of managing difficult cross-functional projects/goals, effectively influences across teams, and leveraging data to inform decisions and strategy. Success in this role is defined by your ability to redefine the multi-channel selling experience and deliver concrete outcomes that accelerate seller growth across channels.


Key job responsibilities
• Lead product strategy for multi-channel selling experiences projects across technical system boundaries, identifying opportunities to delight sellers while maintaining Amazon’s high bar for trust and security
• Work with the leadership team to set strategy, define the product, establish success metrics, and rapidly iterate while make appropriate high-judgment trade-offs between features and speed-to-launch
• Own use case prioritization, feature definition, ownership of the product roadmap, and customer segmentation
• Lead complex stakeholder collaboration across service owning teams and external stakeholders to define architecture, drive implementation strategy, and set seller experience standards
• Write detailed strategic documents that articulate your vision and execution strategy across SVPs in the broader Consumer org.
• Effectively communicate with Senior and VP level partners both written and verbal
• Mentor other team members and help shape the broader organization’s approach to product development in the multi-channel selling space.

- 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
