You have 5+ years of experience in engineering management, particularly in observability or related fields — you've successfully led teams that design and implement large-scale monitoring solutions. Your technical background includes deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, enabling you to guide your team effectively through complex challenges. You are skilled in using tools like AWS and Elasticsearch, and you understand the intricacies of handling massive data volumes. You have experience in architecting observability solutions that support billions of active time series and process petabytes of logs daily. Desirable

Experience with Grafana and Kubernetes is a plus, as you will be overseeing the deployment of observability infrastructure across multiple cloud regions. What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Observability Platform Engineering at Databricks, you will lead a team responsible for building and scaling observability systems that provide critical insights into the health and performance of our platform.
