You are comfortable working with tools like Jira to refine and document requirements, and you have a keen understanding of how to translate client needs into actionable tasks for your team. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to act as the day-to-day point of contact for both clients and internal teams. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at managing dependencies between various products and integrations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of small enhancements and maintenance updates to fan-facing software used by millions of users. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring that your team is well-prepared for each sprint and that all stakeholders are informed of progress. You will gather requirements from clients and internal teams, working closely with technical leads and product designers to ensure that all tickets are ready for development. Your role will involve triaging issues and requests raised by clients, utilizing your expert knowledge of the products to provide timely resolutions. You will also be responsible for spotting and escalating delivery risks to senior and program leads, ensuring that potential issues are addressed before they impact project timelines. Your ability to manage dependencies between internal products and external integrations will be crucial in delivering high-quality enhancements. You will maintain a proactive attitude, diving into challenges and making a difference in the delivery process.
