Carvana is seeking a Customer Service Delivery Advocate to enhance the car-buying experience for customers. You'll engage with customers directly and contribute to community involvement. This role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are eager to build a rewarding career at Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. You are passionate about delivering happiness to customers and are ready to lead the charge in reintroducing joy into the car-buying process. You understand the importance of community involvement and are excited to engage with local initiatives. You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
Experience in a fast-paced retail or automotive environment would be a plus, as would familiarity with customer service best practices. You are a team player who thrives in collaborative settings and is committed to continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate, you will be the face of Carvana, interacting with customers during their car-buying journey. You will ensure that every customer feels valued and supported, whether it’s delivering their vehicle or assisting them with inquiries. Your role will involve actively listening to customer feedback and working to resolve any issues that arise, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You will also participate in community events, representing Carvana and fostering positive relationships within the local area.
You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, which includes following up with customers post-delivery to ensure their needs are met. You will collaborate with other team members to share insights and improve processes, contributing to a culture of excellence at Carvana. Your performance will be evaluated based on customer feedback and your ability to enhance the overall customer experience.
Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $22/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see increases in your pay every few months as you progress through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program.
