Overview

Grafana is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, Growth to drive business growth across the UK and Ireland. You'll be responsible for prospecting and nurturing existing customer relationships. This role requires a consultative sales approach and experience in managing forecasts.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, and understand the nuances of consultative selling. Your experience includes identifying customer needs and effectively communicating solutions that drive business growth. You thrive in a remote-first culture and are comfortable working independently while collaborating with a global team. You are data-driven and can manage forecasts and customer data efficiently, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales targets. You are adaptable and open to learning, recognizing that every customer interaction is an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry, particularly with open-source tools, is a plus. Familiarity with observability strategies and tools like Grafana would be beneficial. You are comfortable using AI tools in your sales process and understand how they can enhance customer engagement and relationship management.
