HOVER is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor across various teams including Design, Operations, Product, and Engineering. This role focuses on shaping organizational design and enhancing leadership effectiveness. Experience in HR strategy and people operations is essential.
You have a strong background in human resources, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a strategic HR role. You understand the complexities of organizational design and have a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive people strategies that align with business goals. Your expertise in performance management and change practices enables you to influence and elevate leadership effectiveness across teams. You thrive in an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and fosters growth and accountability.
Experience in a tech or startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven business models. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can adapt your strategies to meet the evolving needs of the organization. A background in data-driven decision-making will help you provide insights that shape the people strategy effectively.
