Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product design, focusing on user-centered design principles and methodologies. Your portfolio showcases a range of projects that demonstrate your ability to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. You are proficient in design tools such as Figma and have a strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, and usability principles. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into effective design solutions. You are passionate about travel and understand the unique challenges and opportunities in the travel industry. You are open to feedback and continuously seek to improve your craft, whether through formal training or self-directed learning.

Desirable

Experience in designing for mobile and web applications is a plus. Familiarity with user research methods and A/B testing will help you make data-driven design decisions. A background in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment will be beneficial.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Agoda, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces and experiences for our travel products, including accommodations, flights, and activities. You will collaborate with product managers to understand user problems and define design requirements. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your design ideas. You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on your designs. You will work closely with engineers to ensure that your designs are implemented accurately and effectively. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design strategy of the team.
