What you'll do

In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of complex product features that enhance user experience and engagement. You will lead the architecture of new applications and optimize existing ones, ensuring they meet performance standards and user needs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate product requirements into technical specifications and oversee the development process from conception to deployment. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise and helping them grow in their roles. Regularly reviewing code and providing constructive feedback will be part of your responsibilities, as will participating in design discussions to ensure the best solutions are implemented. You will stay updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating new technologies and methodologies into your work to keep Earnin at the forefront of mobile engineering.
