Desirable

Experience in customs compliance and a solid understanding of customs entry processes will set you apart. Familiarity with creating educational resources such as videos and system tutorials is a plus. You are comfortable facilitating workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and deliver comprehensive training materials on customs entry processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with the Flexport Customs Compliance team to ensure that all training content is accurate and up-to-date. Conducting onboarding sessions for new team members will be a key responsibility, helping them grasp the fundamentals of customs brokerage. You will also support continuous learning initiatives by staying current with regulatory changes and industry best practices. Facilitating workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions across operational teams will be part of your efforts to foster a culture of learning and improvement.
