Varicent is hiring an AI Product Enablement Specialist to drive customer engagement and adoption of their innovative SaaS solutions. You'll leverage your deep product knowledge and coaching skills to ensure seamless transitions from sale to activation. This role is remote and based in Mexico.
You have a strong background in product enablement and customer success, ideally with experience in SaaS environments. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively makes you a natural coach, helping customers maximize the value of their investments. You are familiar with AI models and prompt engineering, which allows you to guide clients in utilizing advanced features of the product.
