iHerb is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II to support international hiring across multiple markets. You'll work closely with HR leadership and manage candidate communications. This role requires experience in talent acquisition and a proactive approach to sourcing candidates.

Job Description

Who you are

You are an entrepreneurial and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Partner with a focus on international markets. You have experience in sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidate communications, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You are comfortable working cross-functionally across various business verticals and have a strong understanding of the legal and regulatory aspects of talent acquisition. You thrive in a hybrid work environment and are adept at using various sourcing methods, including social media and targeted ads, to find the best candidates.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting iHerb's international expansion by managing talent acquisition initiatives across multiple markets, including Europe, MENA, and APAC. You will proactively source candidates through online job search engines, referrals, and direct sourcing methods. Conducting phone screens and providing candidate assessments will be key responsibilities, as well as recommending viable candidates for various positions, particularly at the Director level and above. You will partner directly with local HR leadership and Legal Counsel to ensure compliance with all pertinent laws and regulations. Additionally, you will manage candidate communications and information to maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process. Arranging candidate travel and constructing itineraries for on-site visits will also be part of your duties. You will create and execute communication cadences to keep team members updated on open requisitions and any changes in job scope.
