As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. Your role will involve both home office work and in-field activities, allowing you to connect with clients directly. You will receive extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to ensure you are well-prepared to succeed.
You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary of $54,000, with total on-target earnings in your first year around $102,000, and the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. In your second year, your total on-target earnings could range from $105,000 to $125,000, depending on your performance.
