What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Security Product Management team at MongoDB, focusing on making data security a key differentiator in enterprise and regulated industries. You will be responsible for defining and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) for security initiatives, ensuring they align with broader business objectives. You will work closely with engineering teams to develop and enhance security features such as Queryable Encryption and Atlas Security. Your role will involve deepening the understanding of customer needs and evolving security threats, allowing you to propose innovative solutions that minimize risks. You will partner with various stakeholders, including product marketing and sales, to communicate the value of security features effectively. Additionally, you will be involved in defining the roadmap for security products, ensuring that they meet both customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
