You are a seasoned program manager with a builder-owner mentality, ready to tackle zero-to-one challenges in the AI space. Your experience includes defining programs and key objectives from scratch, particularly in support of LLM model training. You possess a strong customer-obsessed mindset, enabling you to represent Uber AI Solutions effectively in front of clients. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with teams across Operations, Product, Engineering, and Legal to drive execution strategies. Your operational muscle allows you to design and implement scalable data labeling workflows, leveraging both internal tools and external vendors.
Experience in AI applications or data annotation programs is a plus, as is familiarity with automation tools that enhance workflow efficiency. You are comfortable working with geographically distributed teams and have a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement in existing processes. Your ability to dive deep into execution while maintaining a strategic vision sets you apart.
