Who you are

You have a proven track record in performance marketing, particularly in managing paid media campaigns for SaaS and Tech companies. Your experience includes creating and optimizing strategies that focus on SQLs and customer generation rather than traditional metrics. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and expectations.

You understand the nuances of digital marketing and have a deep knowledge of various channels, including programmatic campaigns. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights is key to your success in this role. You are adept at budget management and can maintain and optimize budgets for multiple campaigns simultaneously.

You thrive in a client-facing role, building strong relationships and driving referrals through your professional network. Your strategic mindset enables you to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives. You are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance the client experience.

Desirable

Experience with CRM systems and lead routing is a plus, as is familiarity with various digital marketing tools and platforms. You are open to learning new methodologies and adapting to the evolving landscape of digital marketing.

What you'll do

As the Paid Media Lead, you will oversee a collection of paid media accounts, ensuring that client deliverables are met with high quality and efficiency. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, providing updates and insights on campaign performance. Your role will involve weekly interactions with vendors and operational partners to align on tasks and improve workflows.

You will be responsible for developing and executing quarterly strategies for clients, ensuring that their marketing efforts are aligned with their business objectives. Your ability to create, maintain, and optimize budgets will be crucial in driving successful outcomes for your clients. You will also confirm that lead routing is accurate within the CRM, ensuring that all leads are effectively managed and followed up on.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Google Ads and Google Analytics to drive performance and achieve client goals. You will analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, making data-driven decisions that enhance campaign effectiveness. Your strategic insights will help shape the direction of client marketing efforts, ensuring they hit their SQL targets consistently.
