Your experience includes managing complex workflows and ensuring that service level agreements are met consistently. You are adept at navigating regulatory requirements and have a keen understanding of customer service excellence. You thrive in a digital-first environment and are comfortable working remotely while maintaining team cohesion and productivity. What you'll do

As the Operations Manager for Credit Bureau Disputes at Upstart, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for managing all aspects of the customer dispute process.
