Upstart is seeking an Operations Manager for their Credit Bureau Disputes team to oversee daily operations and manage customer dispute processes. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in compliance and customer service.
You have a proven track record in operations management, ideally within the financial services sector, where you've successfully led teams to achieve high performance and compliance standards. Your experience includes managing complex workflows and ensuring that service level agreements are met consistently. You are adept at navigating regulatory requirements and have a keen understanding of customer service excellence.
