What you'll do

As the Manager of Propulsion Development Engineering, you will lead a team of engineers focused on designing and developing propulsion systems for the Terran R vehicle. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of propulsion components, from initial design through production and qualification. Your role will involve setting technical direction, defining project goals, and ensuring that your team has the resources and support needed to succeed.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate propulsion systems into the overall vehicle architecture, ensuring that performance and manufacturability are optimized. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving innovation and efficiency within the propulsion team, as you encourage your engineers to explore new technologies and methodologies.
