Overview

Relativity is seeking a Manager of Propulsion Development Engineering to lead the team in developing and delivering high-performance rocket engines for the Terran R vehicle. This role requires strong leadership and engineering expertise in propulsion systems.

You have a strong background in engineering management, particularly in propulsion systems, with experience leading teams through the entire lifecycle of product development. You understand the complexities of rocket propulsion and are passionate about innovation in aerospace technology. You are adept at problem-solving and enjoy tackling challenges that push the boundaries of engineering.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including stakeholders and team members. Your ability to build relationships across teams is crucial as you work closely with manufacturing, software, and avionics teams to ensure seamless integration of propulsion systems into the overall vehicle design. Desirable

Experience in the aerospace industry, particularly with rocket propulsion systems, is highly desirable. What you'll do

As the Manager of Propulsion Development Engineering, you will lead a team of engineers focused on designing and developing propulsion systems for the Terran R vehicle.
