You have a strong background in program management, particularly in customer success and retention. You understand the importance of every stage of the customer journey, from onboarding to graduation, and are passionate about driving growth through customer satisfaction. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Onboarding, Support, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Effectiveness. Your data-driven mindset allows you to iterate on programs effectively, ensuring that customers feel supported and empowered from day one.
