You possess a deep understanding of market dynamics and can leverage this knowledge to optimize product features and pricing models. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are skilled at communicating insights to stakeholders at all levels. Desirable

Experience with personal loans or consumer finance products is a plus. Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and methodologies will help you excel in this role. A background in product development or project management can also be beneficial as you work closely with various teams to deliver impactful pricing initiatives.

What you'll do

As a Senior Pricing Associate at SoFi, you will lead the Pricing team within the Lending Organization, focusing on the Personal Loans business. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, launch, and scale pricing initiatives that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth. You will utilize advanced analytics to monitor product performance and identify trends that inform pricing strategies. Collaborating with engineering and marketing teams, you will ensure that pricing models are effectively integrated into product offerings and marketing campaigns. You will also work closely with leadership to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives and market conditions. Your role will involve conducting competitive analysis to understand market positioning and adjust pricing accordingly. You will be responsible for presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring that pricing initiatives are data-driven and aligned with customer expectations.
